These coins struck in brilliant uncirculated condition and each set contains two 40 silver Kennedy Half Dollars. It also includes the 1969-S Lincoln cent struck at San Francisco. The statute affects coin dealers residing in Minnesota, and any coin dealers outside of Minnesota, who buy and/or sell to Minnesota consumer residents, regardless of where the transactions take place. This 1969 United States Mint Set contains one of each coin, in circulation, produced at both the Philadelphia and Denver Mints during that year. The Minnesota Bullion Coin Dealers Law (Chapter 80G) became effective July 1, 2014.
